COLLABOR8WOMEN FEBRUARY

Our February Table of 8 took place at The Butler, Sydney.

Head Chef Amber Doig created a bespoke menu for Collabor8Women that highlighted her exciting Ibero-American influence.

Ibero-American is a region in the Americas comprising of countries or territories where Spanish or Portuguese are predominant languages. The cuisine brings a zesty texture and tangy twist to classic dishes.

The Butler is pleased to be one of Collabor8Women’s founding restaurant partners, helping to bring a unique and memorable experience to the table.

Our tables of 8 enjoyed the following delectable dishes:

  • Kingfish aguachile, avocado, watermelon, coconut, cilantro oil

  • Chorizo y papas: Potato gnocchi, mexican red chorizo, brown butter crema, pico di gallo

  • Skirt steak taco, nopales, queso fresco, chile arbol salsa

  • Flash fried cauliflower, buttered almonds, lime salt, queso fresco
